Warehouse Associate

Barnes Paper Company is hiring a warehouse associate with forklift experience to help receive, organize, and ship packaging supplies. This is a hands-on role that includes operating a forklift, picking orders, stacking cases by hand, and loading and unloading trucks. What you’ll do Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and store palletized products. Pick customer orders, verify item numbers and quantities, and stack and wrap pallets for shipment. Receive incoming shipments, check counts, and report damaged or missing items. Lift and move cases by hand when building orders and putting away stock. Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and keep aisles, staging areas, and loading docks clean and orderly. What you’ll need Previous forklift operating experience and the ability to demonstrate safe operation. Ability to perform the essential duties of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, including regularly lifting and carrying cases up to 40pounds, standing and walking for extended periods, and bending and reaching while handling product. Dependable attendance and attention to detail when checking products and quantities. Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and communicate with coworkers during loading and unloading.
