Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become an essential part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, stocking, and inventory management. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics. Duties Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse. Assist with order picking and packing using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, inspecting goods, and updating inventory records in systems like AS400 or MRP. Stock shelves efficiently, organize products for easy access, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and preparing orders for shipment. Use basic math skills to count inventory accurately, calculate weights or dimensions for shipping labels, and verify order quantities. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or MRP software is a plus. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and stock management techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely and standing or walking for extended periods. Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement calculations are necessary.
