Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving safely and accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while updating inventory and shipment records. Your work supports reliable warehouse distribution and helps customers receive the right products on time. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments; verify items and documentation during shipping and receiving. Stock products, complete order picking, and use an order picker or pallet jack to move goods safely. Pick, pack, and package orders for fulfillment, following shipping logistics and trade compliance procedures. Update inventory records through a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) and material requirements planning (MRP) systems; use AS400 where applicable. Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve order or shipment issues. Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to follow warehouse operations and safety procedures. Essential: Experience with inventory management, stocking, picking and packing, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving; prior warehouse experience is helpful. Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400. Preferred: Forklift experience or certification, order picker and pallet jack operation, and knowledge of warehouse distribution and shipping logistics. Preferred: Awareness of trade compliance and international trade regulations; willingness to learn applicable processes. Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
