Warehouse Associate

Job Title : Warehouse Associate Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation : $21-22/hr Location : Lakeville, MN (on-site) Job Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakeville, MN. This position is responsible for performing daily warehouse operations, including receiving inbound shipments, verifying documentation, and organizing inventory. The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, unload trucks, and move materials using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. The role also includes maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area, following safety procedures, and assisting with cycle counts or inventory audits. The associate will collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment supporting the company’s communication solutions. Qualifications Ability to lift and move 20lbs frequently and 20-45lbs occasionally, and stand or walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Basic computer skills for working with inventory or shipping systems; prior warehouse experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to complete any required equipment or safety training and certifications. Work in a team environment. Detailed oriented and good hand dexterity a must. Must have a good work ethic. Must be forklift certified or be willing to get certified at AWC. Can use a computer and is familiar with MS Office.
