Warehouse Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse functions, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using order picking and packing techniques to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload shipments. Manage inventory levels by accurately recording data entry into inventory management software and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Assist with stock stocking, organization, and cycle counts to maintain optimal inventory accuracy. Support warehouse distribution activities by managing order fulfillment processes from receipt to dispatch. Maintain a clean, safe workspace by following safety protocols and conducting regular inspections of the warehouse environment. Skills Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and logistics Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and order processing. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment with proper certification preferred. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
