Warehouse Associate

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site) Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8AM-6PM Occasional overtime as needed Pay: $22 - $25 per hour We Find A Way. At Crossroads Courier, we support time-critical deliveries across industries including healthcare and automotive, where speed and accuracy are critical. Every part, shipment, and inventory movement plays a direct role in our ability to deliver for our customers. This is not a traditional warehouse position. We are looking for a detail-driven, process-focused individual who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and understands the importance of following established procedures. We're looking for people who can: Maintain exceptional attention to detail Stay organized in a fast-paced environment Follow processes consistently and accurately Learn and use inventory systems and technology Identify problems and take ownership of solutions Communicate issues proactively and professionally What You'll Do Receive, label, and properly store inbound inventory Audit inventory and resolve discrepancies in real time Pull and prepare parts for outbound orders Manage shipping documentation and outbound processes Investigate and resolve inventory exceptions Maintain organization across physical and digital inventory systems Communicate inventory issues to internal teams Ensure all inventory activity is accurately reflected in company systems What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Comfortable using inventory management systems and technology Proactive problem-solving skills and accountability Strong communication skills Previous inventory, logistics, warehouse, or operations experience preferred Forklift experience or willingness to learn High School Diploma or GED Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift Frequent bending, reaching, and movement in a warehouse environment Why Join Crossroads Courier?
