Job Summary Warehouse Associate Location: Stafford, TX Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Stafford, Texas. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, is comfortable operating a forklift, and takes pride in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take initiative, and grow with the company. Candidates with previous leadership or supervisor experience are strongly preferred, as there may be opportunities for advancement into a leadership role. Key Responsibilities: · Assist with daily skincare production and manufacturing activities, including preparing materials, filling, labeling, packaging, and assembling finished products. · Help maintain production workflow, product quality, and cleanliness while following established manufacturing procedures and quality control standards. · Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. · Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. · Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles. · Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. · Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts if requested. · Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. · Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations. · Follow established safety procedures and company policies. · Work closely with warehouse management and other team members. · Take initiative to identify ways to improve warehouse efficiency and organization. Qualifications: · Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred. · Forklift operating experience preferred but not required. · Formal forklift certification is not required at the time of hire. · Previous supervisor, team lead, or leadership experience strongly preferred. · Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. · Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. · Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long shifts, bend, squat, and lift heavy items (often ranging from 25 to 50+ pounds). Technical Skills: Familiarity with barcode scanners, RF-guns, and basic computer or inventory management systems. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and time management.
