Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services, coordinating shipments, preparing airway bills, managing cold chain logistics, booking carriers, and creating shipment documentation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with dispatch regarding shipments Prepare master airway bills for domestic and international shipments Assemble ready-to-use packaging systems for pickups Book shipments with carriers as needed Manage cold chain logistics across temperature ranges Create shipment documentation and understand international airline rates and restrictions Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Operational efficiency and shipment processing accuracy Proficiency with WorldSTAR and other courier systems Strong understanding of Cold Chain Management Professional demeanor and mastery of Operations Level 1 skills Additional Information: The role offers full-time employment, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits supporting wellness, personal growth, and diversity.
