Warehouse Associate

Overview Matshop Art Supplies is looking for 2 energetic, dependable individuals to join our team as a Shipper and Quality Control workers. We manufacture picture frames and framing supplies, and these positions play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, carefully packed, and shipped on time. Responsibilities Assist with order picking, packaging, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products Select appropriate boxes and packing materials for orders of various sizes. Pack products according to customer specifications. Inspect products visually to ensure quality and accuracy before shipment. Gather, assemble, and prepare products for customer orders. Verify that each shipment contains the correct number of items. Unload incoming deliveries and put away stock. Assist customers who are picking up their orders. Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Positive attitude and pleasant, helpful manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize and pack orders efficiently. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability stand on feet for extended periods Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to learn new skills and procedures. This position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate order processing. Pay is starting at $20/hour and will be revisited after 3 month probationary period based on performance. Health benefits also available after probation period.
