As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our branch operations, working directly with customers to ensure they have an exceptional experience. You'll take pride in safely and efficiently picking and loading our products onto customer vehicles, third-party carriers, and company vehicles. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability. You'll also support your branch team in various activities that keep our operation running smoothly. What You'll Do Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Interact professionally and courteously with customers through face-to-face conversations, phone calls, emails, and other communication methods Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations by providing quality products and services Build positive customer relationships that contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty Manage Warehouse Operations Safely and Efficiently Perform shipping and receiving activities with precision, ensuring products are handled and stored properly Pick orders accurately while maintaining first-in, first-out (FIFO) compliance Inspect returned products for damage, verify packing slips for accuracy, and secure items for safe return Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, in full compliance with company policies and government regulations Contribute ideas for improving our processes and procedures Support inventory management initiatives to keep our warehouse organized and efficient Champion Our Zero Harm Safety …
