Job Title: Warehouse Associate Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Location : Salt Lake City, UT, United States About the Role: Cencora (AmerisourceBergen) is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our pharmaceutical distribution team in Salt Lake City, UT. You will handle and maintain the flow of vital healthcare products according to strict safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: • Perform order fulfillment including picking, packing, staging, and outbound shipping of customer orders. • Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy research. • Utilize RF scanners and automated warehouse systems to track and monitor merchandise. • Verify incoming shipments against documentation and report discrepancies or damaged goods. • Maintain a clean, organized work area to support distribution safety and product integrity. Required Skills & Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED equivalent required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled distribution center environment. • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and basic English comprehension. • Ability to stand for long shifts and lift products up to 50 lbs repetitively. • Prior warehouse or distribution experience (1+ year) preferred.
