Job description: Johnstone Supply of Holland , a leading wholesaler of HVAC/R products, is seeking a hardworking, organized, and dependable full time Warehouse Associate to join our team. Position Summary: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll assist with receiving inventory, pulling orders, stocking products, and maintaining an organized work environment. This position offers a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to the success of both our customers and our team. Responsibilities: Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners Verify product accuracy through barcode scanning Receive and stock incoming inventory Locate, organize, and stage products for delivery or customer pickup Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis Ability to safely load, unload, and transport products Previous warehouse, forklift, or distribution experience is a plus Benefits 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid time off Employee discount Retirement plan Please Note: Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, physical examination, and drug screening, including marijuana testing.
