Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities and marketing events. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will contribute to delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting the overall efficiency of our events. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking stock levels using warehouse management systems and inventory management software. Ensure proper following shipping logistics and trade compliance standards. Maintain accurate data entry records for shipments, inventory updates, and order processing. Support customer needs and requests to help direct to the correct department for service activations, shipping & receiving operations, and purchase orders. Keep the warehouse and office spaces clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements No prior experience is required. Ability follow instructions and adapt quickly to changing environments. Strong basic math skills for data collection. Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Good communication skills with a focus on customer service when interacting with team members or external partners. Knowledge of working in a retail store is a plus.
