Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. Receive and process incoming warehouse stock products. Pick, unload, label, and store products in designated areas. Perform inventory controls to ensure accuracy and availability of stock. Maintain high-quality standards for audits and inspections. Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, emails promptly and professionally. Input customer orders into the system accurately. List products on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean and safe. Optimize space utilization within the warehouse. Complete diary logs into inventory management system. Report any discrepancies in inventory or orders. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers effectively. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Perform regular cleaning of warehouse, outside areas, and bathrooms. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and procedures. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
