Warehouse Associate

Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately. You’ll use warehouse management systems and equipment to support inventory management, warehouse distribution, and shipping logistics across in-person and e-commerce orders. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers receive the right products on time and enables teammates to keep daily operations on track. Duties Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; support shipping and receiving and follow applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift, as authorized. Stock products, maintain inventory records, and complete data entry in SAP ERP. Prepare packages and shipping documents and coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse distribution and logistics teams. Provide responsive customer service and use Microsoft Office and basic math to verify quantities, records, and shipment details. Qualifications Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping logistics, and picking and packing are preferred. Ability to perform accurate data entry, basic math, and careful product handling. Familiarity with SAP ERP System Experience with a forklift, order picker, RF scanner, or pallet jack is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment, trade compliance, and international trade regulations is an asset.
