Warehouse Associate

Qualifications: Kappus Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping parts and customer orders. The position ensures orders leave on time, reach the correct destination, and arrive properly packaged. Job Responsibilities: Pick, pack and ship parts Inspect items for defect and report as required Restock and maintain inventory Box crushing and bailing Conduct physical counts in warehouse and from service trucks Assist with maintenance of building and warehouse Other duties as assigned Experience: High school diploma required Tow motor experience preferred Pick, pack and shipping experience preferred Ability to work independently, under pressure Basic computer and data-entry skills, willingness to learn new systems Follow instructions, manage time and adjust to daily priorities Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours Keywords - Picker, Packer, Shipping Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
