Warehouse Associate

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC! Spectrum Hulett Group is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our growing warehouse team. In this full-time role, you’ll receive and organize inventory, pick and pack customer orders, and prepare materials for shipment. What you’ll do: • Receive, count, and record incoming inventory • Stock materials in an organized, accessible manner • Inspect items for damage and report any concerns • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders • Unload containers onto pallets • Help keep the warehouse and facility clean What we’re looking for: A strong work ethic, good communication skills, and someone who works well with a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and some warehouse experience is helpful. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer competitive compensation, paid time off, medical benefits, and a 401(k) with company matching.
