Warehouse Associate

Being a Warehouse Associate with us means putting your attention to detail, reliability and teamwork skills to work to help create an exceptional customer experience. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking and shipping products while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout warehouse operations. On a daily basis, you will: Receive and process incoming goods and customers return. Unload, unpack, verify, label products and scan receipt in the system using a mobile device. Store products in designated locations and perform the same in the mobile device. Pick, pack and ship orders using various tools. Perform bin movements and restock warehouse shelves to ensure inventory is organized. Participate in cycle counting. Maintain a clean, organized and tidy workspace. Operate forklifts and walk-behind electric pallet jacks safely and effectively. Assemble kits as required. Perform other duties as assigned. You're the person we're looking for if you: Have a high school diploma or greater. Have 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse and understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, inventory, shipping). Have experience and certification with a forklift (knowledge, skills, forklift safety). Have a strong sense of meticulousness. Demonstrate good teamwork skills and strong attention to detail. Be reliable, adaptable and flexible. Be comfortable with shipping websites. Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy and have good physical capacity. Have good organizational skills. Other details: Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. On-site work at 6711 Sands Rd, Crystal Lake, IL. 30-minute meal break. Compensation based on experience and company structure.
