Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity. Maintains accurate operational records, processes routine requirements, and addresses exceptions to improve visibility and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve quality. Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability. Identifies and routes damaged or non-conforming materials per handling procedures. Coordinates material movement using warehouse equipment for safe, efficient flow. Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support outbound activities. Escalates handling or inventory issues for prompt resolution. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED required; supply chain certification preferred. Less than 2 years’ experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, cold chain handling, and shipment documentation. Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and handle temperature-sensitive materials. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
