Job Description: Jenkins Plumbing Company | 100% Associate-Owned Join Our Team! Jenkins Plumbing Company is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in supporting our daily operations by ensuring plumbing materials, equipment, and supplies are properly received, organized, stocked, and distributed to our field teams. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular inventory counts. Pick, pull, and prepare plumbing materials and supplies for job sites. Organize and maintain warehouse shelves, storage areas, and equipment. Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles. Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to management. Assist with tracking tools, equipment, and material distribution. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Communicate effectively with supervisors, field employees, and other departments. Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, inventory, or construction supply experience preferred. Plumbing material knowledge is a plus but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations as applicable. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
