About the Role Monday-Friday| 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Starting Pay: $19.00/hour As a Warehouse Associate , you will play an important role related to the customer experience by helping ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, delivered on schedule, and meet quality expectations. Whether you are beginning your career or bringing previous warehouse experience, we provide training and opportunities to learn and grow. What You'll Do Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) shipments, parcel shipments, less-than-truckload (LTL) deliveries, and full truckload (FTL) orders, ensuring all products are prepared and shipped according to customer specifications and company standards. Select and stage products for order fulfillment by verifying inventory, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring order accuracy. Perform a variety of general warehouse duties to support daily operations, including disposal and recycling of materials, box assembly and forming, product bundling, organization of warehouse inventory, maintenance of clean and safe work areas, etc. Support inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency by following established procedures, identifying discrepancies, and communicating operational issues to supervisors as needed. Adhere to all company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while operating equipment, handling materials, and performing warehouse-related responsibilities. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet shipping deadlines, maintain productivity goals, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfillment What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic computer skills Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when business needs require Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Forklift or other powered lift equipment experience preferred Prior warehousing or inventory experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds Ability to stand and move throughout a 8-hour shift Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $19.00 per hour Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training.
