We have recently opened our new facility in Windsor, Connecticut, and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. Job Summary Canworks is seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations at our Windsor facility. This position is responsible for loading and unloading aluminum cans, safely operating forklifts, staging materials and printing equipment for production, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse and forklift experience, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of keeping materials and production operations organized and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Load and unload aluminum cans from incoming and outgoing trucks using a forklift. Safely move, handle, and organize pallets of aluminum cans throughout the warehouse. Stage aluminum cans, materials, and supplies for production. Assist with staging and preparing digital printing machines for production runs. Move materials and finished products between warehouse and production areas. Organize warehouse inventory and ensure materials are stored properly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment. Follow all forklift operating procedures and company safety guidelines. Assist with general warehouse and production support duties as needed. Required Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is required. Previous forklift operating experience is required. Ability to safely load, unload, and move palletized materials. Experience handling freight and operating warehouse equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
