Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating pallet jacks and other equipment to efficiently handle materials and support warehouse operations. This role requires understanding of safety protocols and materials handling procedures. This position will play a vital role in ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized and that large stone slabs are moved safely during loading and unloading processes. Responsibilities Operate pallet jacks and help moving stone slabs safely and efficiently for loading and unloading shipments. Warehouse cleaning and help to ensure correct inventory handling. Load and unload stone slabs from trucks and move them around warehouse while adhering to safety standards such as OSHA regulations. Assist to deliver, load and unload stone slabs to customers. Support Warehouse Manager with shipping and receiving activities, organizing inventory and maintaining accurate records. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with other associates to optimize storage layouts and improve workflow processes. Adhere to all safety guidelines related to heavy equipment operation, materials handling, and warehouse procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in a warehouse or construction setting. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to material handling. Ability to lift heavy loads safely (up to 50 pounds or more) repeatedly throughout the shift. Prior experience in shipping & receiving, materials handling, or warehouse distribution is preferred. Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
