Warehouse Associate

Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and safely through daily warehouse operations. You’ll use inventory tools, handle incoming and outgoing shipments, and support order fulfillment from receiving through dispatch. Your work helps customers receive the right products on time. Duties Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; complete shipping and receiving records and data entry. Pick, pack, package, stock, and stage orders using an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift when authorized. May need to make deliveries, so must have a clean driver's license. Support warehouse distribution and shipping logistics, including applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with teammates to resolve order or shipment issues. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and inventory updates help customers receive complete orders and help the warehouse team maintain reliable stock records. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics are helpful. Basic math, careful data entry, and comfort using Microsoft Office are important for tracking stock and shipments. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is preferred; AS400 is a business software system. Familiarity with shipping and receiving, order picking, stocking, packaging, and shipping logistics is an asset. Forklift, order picker, and pallet jack experience is preferred; equipment must be operated only when authorized. Pay: $25.03 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: In person
