This is a physically active job involving frequent lifting, sorting, and movement The pace is fast during early morning operations with strict timelines Soreness is normal during the first week while your body adjusts Reliability and punctuality are critical to team success If you prefer minimal physical activity or are uncomfortable working in a warehouse environment, this role may not be the right fit. Job Description: As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, sorting, staging, loading, and organizing freight and materials. Success in this role comes from consistency, efficiency, and being part of a team that depends on each other to keep operations running on schedule. Essential Responsibilities: Sort and stage incoming and outgoing freight accurately Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all company policies and safety guidelines Communicate delays, damaged freight, or operational issues promptly Work efficiently to meet daily operational goals and deadlines Assist with general warehouse labor and operational support as needed Work Schedule Full-time position Regular schedule 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Consistent weekday schedule Additional hours may be available based on business needs Occasional overtime may be required as needed TrainingSupport Paid onboarding and training Hands-on training in sorting, loading, and warehouse procedures Supportive team environment with clear expectations and routines Qualifications Ability to repeatedly lift and/or push up to 50 lbs.
