Warehouse Associate

This warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, storing and shipping insulation products to include preparing products for jobsites in a warehouse environment. The role involves a wide range of duties to include but not limited to loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing raw materials to become finished good for job site needs and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Receiving and processing incoming goods: unloading trucks, inspecting goods for damage, verifying quantities ad placing items in designated storage areas. Preparing raw materials to be job site prepared and ready for installation. Inventory management: maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting stock checks and reporting to leadership any discrepancies. Order fulfillment: picking, packaging and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Loading and shipping: loading trucks and preparing shipments, ahearing to safety regulations while operating powered industrial equipment to include forklifts, palletjacks, etc. Warehouse organization: clean, organize and 5S supplies/equipment. Other duties as assigned Physical requirements: · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds · Bending, stooping, twisting, turning, reaching above head or below, walking on uneven ground and with equipment/warehousing hazards nearby, climbing stairs, stooping, sitting for long periods · Ability to work in a not climate-controlled environment · Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment · Ability to work overtime as needed due to business demands · Must be able to comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines · Very strong organizational skills · Strict attention to detail · Productivity driven · Dependable · Previous warehouse experience in an industrial setting preferred · Previous forklift and palletjack experience is preferred · Willingness to work individually or in a team setting Our core values are the cornerstone on which we build our business, a belief that doesn’t change.
