Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing. Load and unload trucks efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling tools. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, data entry, and updates in inventory management software. Prepare shipments by packaging products according to shipping & receiving standards, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and customer specifications. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock, stocking shelves, and managing inventory levels with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve logistics workflows, and uphold safety protocols at all times. Utilize basic math skills for order calculations, inventory adjustments, and shipping documentation to ensure precision in all tasks. Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus. Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to operate forklifts (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong data entry skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate record keeping and order processing. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and inventory adjustments. Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
