Duties Operate warehouse management systems and ERP software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely delivery Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain precise stock levels and identify discrepancies promptly Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Assist in stocking shelves, packaging products securely for shipment, and organizing warehouse space for optimal workflow Enter data accurately into inventory management software and MS Office applications to support seamless warehouse operations Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management software such as AS400 or MRP systems Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred) Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting purposes Knowledge of logistics processes including trade compliance and international trade regulations is a plus Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items safely, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Embark on a rewarding career journey with us—where your energy fuels our success!
