WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pick/Pack Associate, in the Sharonville, OH area to assist with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking orders, packing products, preparing shipments, and ensuring orders are accurate and ready for delivery. Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM Responsibilities: Pick products according to customer orders and pick lists. Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping. Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy. Label packages and prepare orders for shipment. Sort, scan, and organize products in designated warehouse areas. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications: Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer or barcode scanner experience is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
