amzon fulfillmentJob Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and safely through warehouse operations. You’ll support shipping and receiving, inventory management, stocking, and order fulfillment while using warehouse systems and equipment. Your work helps customers receive the right orders on time. Duties Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; verify items and records for shipping and receiving. Pick, pack, package, and stage orders using an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift as authorized. Stock products, track inventory, and enter accurate updates in a warehouse management system, inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, materials requirements planning (MRP) systems, or AS400, as applicable. Follow warehouse distribution, logistics, shipping logistics, and trade compliance procedures, including applicable international trade regulations. Use basic math and Microsoft Office for routine checks and data entry; respond to customer service needs professionally. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, order picking, and picking and packing are helpful. Experience with shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, and load-and-unload tasks is preferred. Familiarity with a warehouse management system, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is an asset. Forklift experience is helpful; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Basic math, accurate data entry, Microsoft Office skills, and a customer-focused approach support success in this role.
