Warehouse Associate
Rally, Inc.Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety standards and inventory accuracy. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documentation, and accurately record data using warehouse management systems and RF scanners. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications and shipping requirements. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load and unload goods. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems, ensuring stock levels are current and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Organize warehouse space for optimal stocking, storage, and easy access to products while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with trade regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet shipping logistics deadlines and support warehouse distribution activities. Follow proper packaging procedures to protect products during transit and ensure compliance with international trade regulations when applicable. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, ERP systems, and inventory management software. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, order fulfillment, and international trade regulations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating order quantities accurately. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills for working collaboratively within a team environment.
