Warehouse Associate

We are a food wholesale distributor, servicing Food Service establishments and Retail Grocery Stores in the Central Ontario. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team! We are looking for an hard working warehouse Associate to build orders and prepare shipments to go out for delivery. The warehouse associate will receive new stock, build skids for customer delivery, maintain inventory levels and administrative functions. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets. Competitive wages ($20.00/hr) What we have to offer: Early morning shift 1am start - Monday to Friday: 40 hours per week Approximately 40 hours per week but must be available for extra hours if required. Responsibilities: Receiving, warehousing, and distribution of stock. Building skids following operational policies and procedures. Implementing and overseeing security operations. Effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Warehouse Associate Requirements: 1+ years of warehouse experience. Ability to operate power jack effectively. Strong people skills. Available to work extended hours. Able to lift up to 50lbs on a continuous basis and enjoy being physically active Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week Ability to commute/relocate: Etobicoke, ON M8Z 5Y2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person
