Warehouse Associate

Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and efficiently through warehouse operations. You’ll receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for customers. Your work supports smooth warehouse distribution and timely service for customers. The ability to be open, flexible, and trainable are the most important traits to possess as all of the skills and responsibilities are able to be learned on the job. Responsibilities (but not limited to) Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; organize stocking and storage. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for fulfillment and dispatch. Use forklifts and fill propane tanks/RVs when authorized, and assist with customer service and daily logistics needs. Potential to do deliveries, lawn care, snow removal, grain & hay stacking and much more fun. Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to follow warehouse operations and safety procedures. Essential: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly while supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. Preferred, but not required: Warehouse experience, including warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, packaging, stocking, or order picking. Preferred, but not required: Forklift or order picker experience. Preferred, but not required: Ability to drive a 1-ton truck with a one-axel trailer.
