Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving through warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. You’ll use inventory management tools and warehouse distribution processes to help ensure orders are accurate, organized, and ready for delivery. This hands-on role also supports customer service by helping shipments reach the right people on time. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, load, and unload shipments; organize stock and maintain accurate inventory records. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, pallet jack, or forklift when trained and authorized. Enter shipment and inventory details into a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; systems may include AS400 or material requirements planning (MRP) tools. Support shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics while following applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Your impact: Accurate inventory and careful order handling help customers and coworkers get the products they need. Qualifications Basic math, data entry, and Microsoft Office skills; attention to detail and clear communication. Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, stocking, packaging, and picking and packing are preferred. Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is helpful. Forklift or pallet jack experience is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. A customer-focused approach and ability to support order picking, load and unload tasks, and shipping and receiving.
