The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse. This hands-on role focuses on receiving, moving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure products are accurately placed, easily accessible, and ready for use or shipment. at You'll Do
• Communicate with team – Relay supply needs, cleaning priorities, and any safety concerns to FOH/BOH staff; provide occasional backup on simple prep or dish‑room tasks during peak periods
• Unload incoming deliveries from trucks and containers in a timely and organized manner
• Move, stage, and transport products throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment, stock shelves, bins, and storage areas according to established inventory systems and procedures
• Maintain accurate inventory placement and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology when applicable
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times (including sweeping, removing debris, and reporting hazards)
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits, inspect incoming goods for damage and report discrepancies
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operations
What You'll Bring
• Experience: Prior experience in a high‑volume restaurant, hotel, or institutional setting preferred (1 + year)
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly; comfortable working in hot, steamy, or noisy environments
• Availability: Flexible schedule covering nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to work rotating 8‑hour shifts
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of sanitation standards with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Certifications: ServSafe

Expected Compensation
$18.42 - $22.74/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
