Warehouse Associate

A growing international manufacturer is hiring multiple Warehouse Associates for it's new, world-class facility in WNY. What You'll Do: Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials and finished goods Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments; maintain accurate records Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Troubleshoot day-to-day warehouse issues and flag discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Collaborate with production and shipping teams to keep material flow on track What We're Looking For: Forklift experience is a big plus Strong attendance record and reliable transportation Team player with a strong work ethic Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience a plus Comfortable working first shift with opportunities for overtime
