Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks, stock shelves, and organize inventory. Manage shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Maintain accurate inventory levels within warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP software. Conduct stock replenishment activities including stocking shelves, organizing pallets, and managing warehouse distribution processes. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols. Support order fulfillment processes by picking items accurately using RF scanners, ensuring timely processing for e-commerce or wholesale orders. Requirements Previous warehouse experience demonstrating familiarity with warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, order picking & packing. Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks preferred. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software. Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for inventory counts and order processing. Experience with trade compliance and international trade regulations is a plus. Strong physical stamina with the ability to load & unload materials repeatedly throughout shifts. Familiarity with packaging materials, order picker equipment, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and basic warehouse safety procedures. Join us in a role that keeps the wheels turning in our supply chain!
