Our warehouse is an important part of our success! You'll help ensure our flooring materials are organized, accurate, and ready to go so our installation teams can deliver great results for our customers. What You'll Be Doing Keep things organized! Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming flooring materials. Get jobs ready! Pull, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming installations. Make accuracy count! Check inventory and verify materials against job requirements. Keep things moving! Help load materials for installers and assist with delivery preparation. Be our extra set of eyes! Identify shortages, damages, or discrepancies before they become problems. Take pride in your workspace! Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. Work as a team! Partner with our Operations Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly. What We're Looking For Someone who is reliable, hardworking, and takes initiative Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work in a busy, hands-on environment Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (1–3 years) Flooring, construction, or building materials experience is a plus! Forklift experience or certification is a plus High school diploma or equivalent A Few Things to Know Full-time position, Monday through Friday Active, hands-on warehouse work Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Occasional extended hours based on business needs Why RMI?
