Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts. Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies. Organize merchandise and maintain designated storage areas. Operate warehouse equipment and material-handling tools when trained and authorized. Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean and organized. Follow company policies and workplace safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Basic communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude. Willingness to learn warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
