Role Description The Warehouse Associate role is a full-time on-site position focused on supporting logistics and order fulfillment processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating shipping and receiving activities, product inspection, preparing, labeling and packing products for shipment, and ensuring accurate documentation of inventory movements. The role involves collaborating with operations and logistics teams, maintaining organized records, and following safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Associate may also assist in optimizing warehouse workflows and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications Experience with shipping & receiving processes and basic inventory documentation. Proficiency in packing, labeling and preparing orders to meet quality and shipping standards. Ability to safely perform unloading tasks and handle incoming and outgoing shipments. Skills in pallet jack use, with adherence to safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Comfort working in a on-site, technology-driven environment and using digital tools for tracking and communication. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations is preferred.
