Inbound Warehouse Associate(Reach folklift Operator) Location: Ontario, CA Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site Industry: 3PL / Logistics / E-commerce Fulfillment Compensation: $22.00–$23.00 per hour Expected Start Date: Late October 2026 About the Company We are a rapidly growing third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce fulfillment company operating multiple warehouse locations across the United States. As our U.S. operations continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and dependable Inbound Warehouse Associate with reach truck operating experience to join our warehouse team in Ontario, California. Position Summary The Inbound Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, counting, and putting away incoming inventory while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on reach truck experience, is familiar with PDA/RF scanning devices, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Inbound Operations & Inventory Management Receive, inspect, sort, and organize incoming shipments. Safely operate reach trucks to move and store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Perform inventory counts, stock organization, and put-away operations. Verify product quantities, SKUs, and storage locations to maintain inventory accuracy. Use PDA/RF scanners to scan products, track inventory movements, and update warehouse records. Assist with inventory adjustments and discrepancy reporting as needed. Warehouse Safety & Operations Safely handle materials weighing up to 70 lbs, using appropriate equipment or assistance when necessary. Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. Conduct required equipment inspections and report safety concerns or equipment issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Support other warehouse operations as assigned. Qualifications Previous hands-on reach truck operating experience is required. Experience using PDA/RF scanners in warehouse operations is required. Experience in receiving, inventory counting, stock organization, and put-away operations. Ability to safely handle materials weighing up to 50-70 lbs with appropriate assistance or equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team environment. Ability to follow warehouse safety procedures and operational instructions. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in 3PL, logistics, distribution, or e-commerce fulfillment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Experience with high-rack storage and inventory organization. Compensation $22.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
