Warehouse Associate
Isostatic IndustriesOverview Since 1982, Isostatic has grown into the leading provider of standard and made-to-order bronze bushings and related bearing products in North America. Isostatic is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to pick, inspect, and pack customer orders accurately and keep our designated picking area organized, stocked, and safe. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative 25-person company. You'll work from work orders in our system, handle equipment like step ladders, lifts, scales, and hand carts, and help make sure every order leaves the building correctly and in good condition. Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and ship orders with precision, ensuring compliance with shipping & receiving standards. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments. Perform stock receiving, picking & packing, and order fulfillment tasks efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. Visually inspect material for cracks, deformities, and other defects before packing. Break down cardboard for recycling and empty trash bins Perform all duties in a safe manner, following safety regulations Check water levels on lift batteries and fill as needed Use scales to count higher-quantity orders Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands to pick orders; reach with their hands and arms; and communicate verbally. The employee frequently walks, stands and occasionally sits. The employee must regularly lift, pull and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds. Ability to interpret and follow written and oral instructions.
