$500 Sign on Bonus This position currently reports to Orange, CA, but will be relocating to Corona, CA, early next year. Custom Comfort Mattress is seeking an experience Full Time Warehouse Associate . Custom Comfort Mattress manufactures and sells handcrafted, high quality mattresses made with natural materials in addition to premier bedding accessories. We are passionate about creating a genuine customer focused experience every day. Our goal is to kindly and carefully deliver oud products to our customers as desired and efficiently while providing the highest level of customer service. Start pay is $18 per hour. Upon successful completion of your 90 day introductory period, you will be eligible for an increase paid retroactively to your hire date. $500 Sign On Bonus paid after 90 days of continued employment. Custom Comfort Mattress was 40 years ago and continues to run as a privately held family-owned business. The company’s manufacturing facility is located in Orange, CA. We operate eight retail showrooms, six in Orange County and two in Los Angeles county. Job Attributes Inspect, package and stock Finished Good Products accurately and efficiently Pick or Pull Finished Good Products for store transfers and deliveries Receive, label, process and stock Finished Goods Assist with inventory count and report any discrepancies Keep a clean, organized and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization Operate and retentively maintain warehouse equipment (ex: forklifts, machinery and tools) Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) Ability to work well individually and as a team member Ability to take initiative and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment Competencies required: Fast paced High energy Results drive Hard working Strong attention to detail Good interpersonal, communication skills Good organizational and time management skills Highly motivated, results oriented, driven Work Environment: Work performed in a warehouse type facility with temperatures subject to change based on outside conditions Monday to Friday Schedule 6AM-2:30PM.
