Warehouse Associate
RC WilleyWarehouse Associate RC Willey is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our South Salt Lake Flooring Warehouse. This warehouse-based role involves receiving and organizing flooring materials, managing inventory, loading and unloading products, and preparing carpet and other flooring options for delivery. Schedule: Saturday through Friday with one day off during the week to be scheduled and closed on Sundays. Two shifts available. Starting Pay: $17 hour, with a $1 increase once training is completed Key Responsibilities Load and unload products for contracted installers. Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise from their vehicles. Load and unload transfer trailers. Process credit memos, including writing invoices and locating associated products. Maintain daily cleanliness of the warehouse and showroom. Partner with the Warehouse Lead to support inventory flow and inventory management. Perform other duties as assigned. All other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 100 lbs. Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and other powered lifts, in a safe and efficient manner. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet productivity and service goals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and safe work environment. Basic communication skills and a customer focused mindset. Must be at least 18 years of age.
