WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – FULL TIME Location: Longwood FL | Job Type: Part-Time About the Position We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations while also assisting with retail and food service customers. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, comfortable working in a refrigerated environment, and enjoys working as part of a small team. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are important in this role. Responsibilities · Receive weekly product deliveries and stock the cooler · Rotate perishable products using FIFO (first in, first out) · Pick and pack customer orders for delivery · Maintain food safety and sanitation standards · Monitor cooler temperatures · Stock and rotate retail products and cooler inventory · Work backstock into the appropriate locations · Price retail items and backstock · Check expiration dates and identify short-coded products · Set up and maintain deli display cases · Ensure products are fully stocked, priced, and properly faced · Clean and maintain retail showcases, glass, risers, and shelves · Update and restock point-of-sale (POS) materials · Assist with product sampling and customer engagement · Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent · Basic math and reasoning skills · Ability to speak and read English · 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, warehouse, or a related field preferred · Basic computer skills · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills · Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements · Ability to stand for at least 4 hours · Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl · Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs. · Ability to push or pull objects up to 600 lbs. · Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment Training Provided · Food safety and sanitation · Product knowledge · General warehouse operations · Proper lifting techniques · Pallet jack operation What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, organized, and ready to be part of a team.
