Warehouse Associate

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picking tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment. Manage inventory levels through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms. Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling in compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards. Maintain organized stock storage by stocking shelves, replenishing inventory, and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment details, preparing packing materials, and completing shipping documentation. Support warehouse operations by adhering to safety protocols, operating warehouse equipment safely, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate data entry, and excellent customer service. Qualifications Must be extremely detail oriented and time management. Knowledge of Shopify is a plus Software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing. Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of packaging standards.
