Responsibilities The warehouse associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. The warehouse associate is responsible for virtually of all day-to-day tasks that keep the warehouse running efficiently. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, accurately filling customer orders, and picking of parts to fulfill orders. Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock. Scan items into the warehouse management system Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages. Organizing the warehouse space. Preparing orders for shipment. Picking orders for shipment. Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments. Operating stock management tools: for example, powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks. Counting stock and keeping inventory records. Routine cleaning duties Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized Maintain safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
