Warehouse Associate
Botanic LLCOverview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving through warehouse operations, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You’ll use warehouse management and inventory management software to support accurate, organized work across warehouse distribution and e-commerce orders. Your impact: Accurate picking, packing, and shipping help customers receive the right products and help teams maintain reliable inventory. Duties Receive, load, and unload shipments; verify items and support shipping and receiving. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift, as authorized. Stock products, update inventory records, and complete data entry in warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or AS400. Prepare packages and coordinate shipping logistics, following applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Support customer service and daily logistics by communicating clearly and resolving routine order or inventory questions. Experience Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, warehouse distribution, shipping logistics, and order fulfillment are helpful. Basic math skills and accuracy with data entry are important. Experience with Microsoft Office, inventory management software, ERP systems, material requirements planning (MRP), or AS400 is preferred. Forklift, order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack experience are useful; equipment operation must follow site safety procedures. Knowledge of e-commerce, stocking, packaging, picking and packing, order picking, load and unload tasks, and trade compliance is an advantage. Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 43.0 per week Work Location: In person
