SWM International IncWAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as picking, delivering, and stocking inventory. This position requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities: Pick orders accurately and efficiently Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory Organize and maintain warehouse space Perform cycle counts daily and assist with inventory control Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to ensure smooth operations Follow safety protocols and adhere to OSHA guidelines Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory movement and order fulfillment Read prints to assemble parts Count and label boxes Daily Housekeeping Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Dependable and Punctual Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. TEAM Mentality. Understands the importance of inventory and count accuracy Able to work overtime hours as needed Self Motivated to perform tasks throughout the day without constant need for direction Comfortable operating or being taught to operate: Forklift, Reach Truck, Sky Track, Combi-Lift 12-hour shifts (1 hour lunch break and 2–15-minute breaks per shift) five to six days a week.
