Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using order picker equipment and RF scanners to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Load and unload shipments safely using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems and inventory management software. Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization. Verify shipping logistics details, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch and receipt of goods. Support warehouse operations by adhering to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations during order fulfillment processes. Skills Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. Ability to operate forklift trucks, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred). Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate record keeping and inventory calculations. Experience with picking & packing, stocking procedures, and order picking techniques to ensure efficient workflow. Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Familiarity with warehouse operations standards.
